It Is Carried Out Through The Installation Of A Terminal At The Home Of The Beneficiaries Connected To A Receiving Power Station, Which Is Communicated In Case Of An Emergency Through A Pushbutton (Ucr). At Home A Basic Technology (Terminal And Remote Control Unit For Service Users) Will Always Be Guaranteed. Advanced Telecare The Advanced Telecare Is One That Includes In Addition To The Basic Telecare Services That The User Needs, Complementary Technological Supports Inside And Outside The Home, Or Both, The Interconnection With The Information Services And Reference Professionals In The Health System (When Possible) And Social, Developing Processes And Protocols Of Action Based On The Situation Of Need For Attention. Both Types Of Service Will Be Approved By The City Council, Taking Into Account That The Advanced Tad Must Follow The Assignment Systems Established By The Bidder From The Assessment Of The Need And/Or Risk Presented By The Person And Their Level Of Relationship With Their Environment. However, Within The Selection, People With A Degree Of Degree Of Dependency Will Be Prioritized Who Live Alone/With Other Elderly Person, Or Who Live With A Single Caregiver.
