The Contract Covers The Following Services: • The Supply Of Electricity For The Delivery Points (Pdl) Listed In The Appendix; • Access To And Use, For These Delivery Points, Under A Single Contract, Of The Public Distribution Network; • The Mission Of Balance Manager In Accordance With Article L321-15 Of The Energy Code; • Services Associated With The Supply Of Electricity For These Same Delivery Points (Web Platform, Billing Flow, Processing Of Requests To The Distribution Network Manager (Grd), In Particular). The Public Body Authorizes The Candidate To Request And Receive Consumption Data From Its Sites Connected To The Public Electricity Distribution Network, As Part Of This Call For Tenders (Prm, Load Curves, Subscribed Power, Index, Transmission Tariff Options). This Authorization Is Granted For The Entire Duration Of The Procedure And Until The End Of Execution Of The Contract. The Contract Is Concluded With The Holder For A Period Of 48 Months From The Start Of Supply, I.E. From 01/01/2025 To 31/12/2028.
