The Object Of This Contract Is The Service Of Prevention Of Occupational Risks And Monitoring Of The Health Of The Personnel (Official And Labor) Of All The Work Centers Of The City Of Berga In Accordance With The Provisions Of Law 31/ 1995, Of November 8, On The Prevention Of Occupational Risks, Royal Decree 39/1997, Of January 17, Which Approves The Regulation Of Prevention Services And Law 54/2003, Of December 12, On The Reform Of Regulatory Framework For The Prevention Of Occupational Risks, As Well As Any Other Activity That May Derive From The Indicated Legislation.
