   • Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in audiovisual production, communications, media, storytelling, and/or content development, preferably within digital innovation, international development, regional programmes, or international cooperation initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience working with international organizations, development partners, regional institutions, NGOs, donor-funded programmes, or multilateral organizations. Prior assignments with EU funds would be an advantage, with at least 2 similar assignments successfully implemented in the past 5 years.
• Proven track record in delivering audiovisual assignments across multiple formats, including:
oEvent coverage
oInstitutional and promotional videos
oDocumentary and storytelling content
oInterviews and testimonials
oMotion graphics and digital communication assets

·Ability to operate and coordinate audiovisual production activities across multiple countries and diverse operational contexts.
·Access to professional-grade cameras, lighting equipment, audio recording equipment, stabilization equipment, drones (where applicable), and licensed editing software.
·Capacity to deploy production teams and coordinate assignments across multiple countries in Sub-Saharan Africa and internationally where required.
·Ability to deliver audiovisual products in multiple formats suitable for web, social media, events, and institutional communications.
