Description The Object Of This Contracting Procedure, Convened By The Ctb, Is The Conceptualization, Programming And Migration Of Contents, As Well As The Writing And Introduction Of Initial Contents, Of The Following Websites:  Institutional Website Of The Ctb. Website Of The Barcelona Convention Bureau (Hereinafter, Bcb).  Website Of The Tourism Observatory In Barcelona (Hereinafter, Otb). The Contractor Company Will Have To Carry Out The Functions Provided For In The Technical Specifications (Hereinafter, Ppt), Which Are Distributed In The Following Phases:  Design Phase: Strategic Conceptualization, Design And Structure Of The Website, And User Experience (Ux).  Development Phase: Frontnd And Backend Programming, Integration With Municipal Platforms, Servers Configuration And Current Website Migration.  Drafting Phase And Introduction Of Initial Contents. Notwithstanding The Foregoing, The Contractor Company Will Have To Carry Out Any Other Task Specified In The Rest Of The Sections Of The Ppt, Which Will Also Be Obligatory.
