The Object Of This Batch Contract Is The Development Service Of A Platform In A Network Of Technological Nodes For The Unicas Project And The Support Service For The Technical Office Of The Unicas Project, Within The Framework Of The Personalized Digital Care Plan In The 2023 Budget Year, Within The Recovery, Transformation And Resilience Plan, Financed By The Next Generation Eu Funds, As Well As The Rest Of The Tasks Described In The Technical Specifications (Hereafter, Ppt) That Govern This Procurement. This Contract Is Financed With Resources From The Recovery, Transformation And Resilience Plan (From Now On, Prtr), In The Development Of Actions Necessary To Achieve The Objectives Defined In Components 11 Investment 3 And 18 Investment 4, Of The Aforementioned Prtr. This Contract Is Subject To The Controls Of The European Commission, The Anti-Fraud Office, The European Court Of Auditors And The European Prosecutor'S Office, And To The Right Of These Bodies To Access Information About The Contractor And To The Rules On Conservation Of Documentation, In Accordance With What Is Provided In Article 132 Of The Financial Regulation.
