   Le cabinet international doit avoir le profil minimum suivant :
• Au moins 10 années d'expérience dans les audits institutionnels ou les réformes organisationnelles ;
• La réalisation d'au moins trois missions similaires au cours des dix dernières années ;
• Une parfaite maîtrise des systèmes de santé et des réformes institutionnelles ;
• Une capacité à mobiliser une équipe pluridisciplinaire de haut niveau.

The international firm must meet the following minimum profile requirements:
• At least 10 years of experience in institutional audits or organizational reforms;
• Completion of at least three similar assignments within the last ten years;
• Thorough knowledge of health systems and institutional reforms;
• Ability to mobilize a high-level multidisciplinary team.
