The Technical Diagnosis Carried Out In The Execution Project, Which Is Incorporated Into The Contract File, Shows The Existence Of Various Pathologies And Deficiencies That Affect The Constructive Integrity Of The Property, Among Which The Following Stand Out: -Constructive Deficiencies In The Stairs Located In The Sitges Canton And In The Central Wing (Dome Area). -Water Filtrations From The Interior Channels Of The Covers. -Filtrations And Humidities Located In The Underground And Lower Plants Of The Central Wing. This Set Of Deficiencies Justifies The Need For Immediate Intervention To Avoid The Spread Of Pathologies And Guarantee The Safety, Stability And Conservation Of The Building.
