The Object Of The Contract Is The Execution Of The Works Included In The Project “Repair Of Damage Caused By Melías To The Pavement Of The Parc De Llevant 2 Urbanization”, Drawn Up By The Municipal Architecture And Urban Planning Services Of The City Council With An Execution Budget To Be Contracted Of €118,294.27 (Vat Included). By Agreement Of The Local Government Board Dated October 17, 2024, The Works Project Was Initially Approved And Is Currently Under Public Information Until December 10, 2024. The Award Of This Contract Is Conditional On The Final Approval Of The Works Project By The Competent Body, Which Must Be Processed In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 235.2 Of Legislative Decree 2/2003, Of April 28, Which Approves The Consolidated Text Of The Municipal And Local Government Law Of Catalonia And Art. 37 Of Decree 179/1995, Of June 13, Which Approves The Regulations On Works, Activities And Services Of Local Entities.
