By Agreement Of The Local Government Board Dated October 17, 2024, The Works Project Was Initially Approved And Is Currently Under Public Information Until December 10, 2024. The Award Of This Contract Is Conditional On The Final Approval Of The Works Project By The Competent Body, Which Must Be Processed In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 235.2 Of Legislative Decree 2/2003, Of 28 April, Which Approves The Revised Text Of The Municipal And Local Government Law Of Catalonia And Art. 37 Of Decree 179/1995, Of 13 June, Which Approves The Regulations, Of Works, Activities And Services Of Local Entities.
